UIRC's conference committee has been hard at work preparing for Utah's 2nd Annual Utah Infertility Conference, which is just around the corner (Saturday October 7).

If you have questions about anything related to the conference, email




Presenters: We are looking forindividuals to present on various subjects related to infertility and family building. Last year we had presentations by infertility doctors, acupuncturists, mental health specialists, adoption specialists, etc. If you are interested in applying, be prepared with your contact information, title and summary of what you would like to present on, a short personal bio, and a headshot. Deadline to apply is July 1.




Panelists:This year's conference will feature 3 panels: a general family building panel, a male factory infertility panel, and an adoption panel. If you are interested in applying to be a panelist, be prepared with your contact information, a summary of your story, and a headshot.




Sponsors:Is your business or organization interested in sponsoring this year's conference? We have several great sponsorship packages available for any budget. If you are interested in applying to be a sponsor, be prepared with your organization's contact person's information, which sponsorship level you would like to apply for, official logo, and ad for our program. Contact to receive a sponsorship packet. Deadline to apply is August 1.




Vendors:Do you offer an infertility or family building related product or service? Apply for a vendor booth! Last year's conference had over 230 attendees and most visited every single booth.Vendor Booths are $100 and confirmed booth space is based on availability. Many sponsorship packages include a free or discounted vendor booth; priority will be given to sponsors who register by August 1 deadline.




Volunteers: Would you like to help out the day of the conference? We are looking for volunteers! If you would like to apply to be a volunteer, be prepared with your contact information, why you would like to volunteer, and if you are available for a full day (7 am to 6 pm), half day morning (7 am to lunch), or half day afternoon (12 pm to 6 pm).




Round Table Facilitator:Round table discussion will occur during lunch and be facilitated by professionals in the field of infertility and family building. Conference participants will have the opportunity to sign up for a round table, or to have lunch at a general table without a formal discussion. If you are interested in leading a roundtable discussion, be prepared with your contact information and a brief summary of the topic you would like to facilitate.
