Utah Infertility Resource Center is excited to partner with the ART of Infertility to help our community break the silence around reproductive grief through art.  We will be proving therapeutic art workshops to clients, co-hosting a month long exhibit that will feature artwork from both local and national artists, and spreading awareness of the pain, struggle and journey associated with infertility to our community.

This project consists of three parts:

Workshops: With the help of local art therapists, UIRC will host two workshops for members of the infertility community. Participants will create artwork to reflect their own infertility journeys and can choose to have their art displayed in the exhibit.

Art Therapy Workshops for the Infertility Community:

Our first works was held Saturday December 2, 2017 at Art Access with Art Therapist Mary Stanley. This even was a great success and our participants found it to be very therapeutic. "This workshop brought out a lot of feelings I didn't know I had. I was able to express those feelings in a productive way, and was able to have something to remind me."

Our next workshop will be held Saturday January 20, 2018, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm at Art Access with Artist Emily Bagley. More information to follow, register here.
