Liz is no stranger to infertility. After suffering with endometriosis and several failed IUIs, she and her husband Josh ventured down the road of IVF, which resulted in the birth of their twins 18 years ago. Liz is so thankful that there are now resources available through UIRC for those who are struggling with all of the challenges that come from infertility. She has a great passion to help spread the word about UIRC and to fight for more infertility advocacy. 

 

Liz has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Utah. She discovered her passion for baking a few years ago and attended pastry school online during the pandemic. In her free time, she loves being with her husband and three children, traveling, and baking.
