Children's House International
Based out of Washington, but licensed in Utah as well and facilitate about 200 international adoptions per year. Countries they work with are Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Haiti, Hungary, India, Mexico, Poland, Georgia, Moldova, Romania and Ukraine. Agency Fees range from $15,000 to $30,000.
Foster Care
Utah Foster Care
A non-profit organization that finds, trains, and supports Utah families who are willing and able to provide a nurturing home for children who have been neglected or abused. They have seven offices throughout the state of Utah.
RISE Services
Provides services for children and families through foster care and professional parenting, adoption, and kinship care.
The Adoption Exchange
An organization dedicated to helping waiting children in the Utah foster care system find safe, loving, permanent homes.
Financial Resources
Adoption Tax Credit
Tax benefits for adoption include both a tax credit for qualified adoption expenses paid to adopt an eligible child and an exclusion from income for employer-provided adoption assistance. The credit is nonrefundable, which means it's limited to your tax liability for the year. However, any credit in excess of your tax liability may be carried forward for up to five years. The maximum amount (dollar limit) for 2020 is $14,300 per child.
Adoption Funding Kit
Grant awards vary in amount and, depending on the priorities of the organization, can be used to pay expenses for domestic, international, foster care, and embryo adoptions.

HelpUsAdopt.org, founded in 2007, is a national 501(c)(3) adoption grant program. HelpUsAdopt.org was founded by Becky and Kipp Fawcett as a response to their own personal adoption experience in an effort to make adoption more feasible for all families.
