Counseling Services

Infertility is more than a medical issue.

We understand that infertility doesn't stop after you have a baby or decide to stop treatment. We are here for you at all stages of infertility.

If your thoughts and feelings about infertility are negatively impacting your day-to-day life, counseling can be an invaluable resource and outlet.

Each of our licensed therapists have completed additional training specifically to support those experiencing infertility to better help you individually or as a couple with the mental and emotional aspects of your journey. Most of our therapists and staff also have personal experiences with infertility that helps us better understand what you're going through.

In order to best serve our community, we base our fees on a sliding scale to help with the financial burdens that come with infertility.

I have a Master’s degree in social work and I specialize in infertility counseling. I have been a gestational surrogate for several couples, including a family member. My experience as a former surrogate has helped me to understand the difficulties families endure when faced with infertility.

In accordance with Utah state code 58-1-604, UIRC promotes and supports the Invisible Condition Alert Program. This program allows people to have a symbol placed on their driver's license or ID card which alerts law enforcement and emergency medical responders to a person's invisible condition which may directly impact their ability to communicate. If you feel you would benefit from this program, please discuss this with your therapist.
